You can refund or replace what you have purchased under the following conditions:
- The purchase invoice is necessary to provide the return and replacement service within 3 days of the purchase date.
- Items should be in their original state unchanged, such as color change or pieces.
- If the bid items are returned: The entire items of the display group must be returned at the time of view.
- If the product is returned due to product defect, defect from the manufacturer, damage during product delivery or due to incorrect/faulty product delivery, no additional charge will be charged for shipping service or bank transfer fees. If you return for other reasons (the customer needs to change the product or the customer’s desire has generally changed), shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
Cases with which we do not accept the product’s refund or replacement:
- If it is cut, damaged or not in its original condition.
- Items requiring special storage conditions that must be kept at a constant temperature such as gelatin capsule items.
- We have the right to refuse to return products that do not meet the above criteria.
Shipping and shipping fees
The order is delivered to the shipping company on the same day as the order. On request during official holidays, the order is delivered to the shipping company on the first working day.
Delivery is free for all regions of the Kingdom on request with a value of more than SAR 100, for orders worth less than SAR 100 fees will be 25 SAR.
If you request payment upon receipt, the fee of SR 10 will be added for the service.
